I'm going to suggest an MSI. They are built great and are really good specifications, especially for your price range.

17.3 inch, i7 and GTX570:

Same as above, minus Blu-Ray burner (you may want one), less RAM (don't really need more than 6GB these days anyway) and less HDD space. However this is my recommended PC for the price unless you really want one of the added features of the other one.

This is the same as the first one, but has a smaller screen size. It's only 15.6 inch, which I wouldn't go for personally. Also less HDD space, but not a big problem.

This is like the 15.6 inch version of the one I recommend.

My dell has lasted me a long time, and it can run most new games.
Ooh, one case. Totally means every dell is reliable.

Enough of this stuff.
I'll look around for you, OP.

Also, couldn't help but lol because it's an Alienware. The amount of people on this forum that don't believe Dells are built like stuff no matter how many times I tell them.

Nvidia drivers automatically just quickly disable your graphics card and then restart it, removing the need for a restart.

Why doesn't AMD do that :(
I've always had to reboot after installing drivers for both my current nVidia machines.

Ugh I hate my 5450.  My CCC wont update so I'm stuck with massive aliasing.
There's a way to fix this. Some backdoor part of Windows keeps old CCC parts of previous versions and causes CCC to not launch correctly.
I'll see if I can remember.

EDIT: Are you running Windows 7?

Old news:  The MP5 is being replaced with the MP7!
They shouldn't replace, just add.
The MP5 is a great gun.

Then what is causing the low fps? I can run TF2 at recommended and lowest graphics settings and get the same fps even when I have Game booster 3 on.
Well yes. Source games rely a lot on the CPU especially for action scenes, but it's probably the only engine that does that that much.

Whilst the processor is bad, there's no way it is bottlenecking your GPU.
It's also bad.

It's very rare that your GPU is being bottlenecked by your CPU in a laptop.
What are your specs?

If you're looking for a laptop, consider this:

http://asia.cnet.com/product/samsung-r580-core-i5-520m-processor-24ghz-4gb-ram-45180795.htm

This is the computer I have, an Intel i5 Processor with 4GB of RAM can handle Minecraft, Gmod and Blockland very well.
It also has a very sleek design and comes with a webcam and mic installed. The only complaint I have about it is that it's a fingerprint and dust magnet.
If it's not fast enough for you, you could always upgrade the parts.
The video card sucks tbh.

It's quite unbalanced and there's no way that power supply will support your build.
I'll make you a list.
