Anybody who is suggesting a prebuilt to you is an idiot. Don't listen to them because they have no idea what the forget they're talking about. You will never find a prebuilt that isn't a ripoff. Don't do it.

Building your own computer is NOT hard. The hardest part is actually choosing what parts to get, and getting enough money for them. It's like a jigsaw puzzle with 10 pieces and all the spots they go into are already marked for you. If you say you can't build a computer, then you're just lazy.
While I agree with this, if someone isn't confident building a computer, they are more likely to forget something up.
For some people it's just better.

I don't know about OP's PSU.

I'm oddball when it comes to powersupplies.
Antec PSUs are some of the best. They are super quality, like the organic food of the computer world.
And it's 80+ Bronze.

I don't know why, but I just really am not fond of HDMI
I do like it for how easy it is compared to component cables, but I just prefer VGA
VGA to HDMI or DVI is amazing. You'd never go back. It's crystal clear.
And yes, HDMI and DVI have the same quality. They are both a digital signal, so you either get a perfect signal or none at all. HDMI just bundles audio and an amazingly high price.

I found a 10gb Radeon graphics laptop at Sam's Club for a good and fair thousand.
The coffee in my arms nearly dropped and my wallet wanted freedom. ;-;
That means nothing. If it's 10gb, what part is 10gb? HDD? RAM?
Radeon graphics? What chip? How much VRAM? What are the clock speeds? It could be anything from a Radeon HD2200 or something to a Radeon HD6990 which is approximately 1000 times more powerful.

If you can afford it, this laptop is a good way to go.

Laptops aren't the best if they aren't necessary. They overheat and are overpriced for the specs. If he can get a desktop, I suggest it.

@OP: We can't help you much without a budget.
Also, I suggest iBuyPower if you won't build one yourself.

You can build your own.  If you don't want too, then get an alienware.  Either way if you want a good gaming computer then it will be a lot of money.  Building would be less expensive I believe.
Alienware are super expensive. Of course building one will be cheaper; at least 1.5x cheaper for the same specs.

building a computer are you serious man?
I know i loving hate this stupid computer :c
Building a computer is just like a jigsaw puzzle with 100 pieces. It's quite easy.

minecraft can use upwards of 1.2GB of RAM at any given time that you aren't idling.

at least for me
People don't have at least 2GB of RAM in the last 4 or so years?

Anyway, what's the budget?

McAffe never failed me.

Norton is stuff, lets anything in your computer, but complains about applications more than real viruses.  It detects other security systems as viruses and disarms itself and the other security software in the process.  It's useless.
I agree about Norton, but I think McAfee is a bit lax when it comes to virii. It tends to let a few in, which isn't good.
I suggest Nod32, BitDefender, Kaspersky or Trend Micro.
