YES! YESSSS! I AM CRYING OVER HOW MUCH THE GTX 680 KICKS SUPER ASS! YES! Lower power consumption! More FPS! Cheaper than 7970! :O
Yes it is more powerful out of the box, but it has auto overclocking built in. With even clock speeds, the 7970 is pretty much neck and neck.

Quick update I figured out the problem. My TV came with a built in ambient light sensor that was enabled by default. So every time the sun put a little more light in the room it would dim the screen. Turned it off using the menu on the remote lol.
That's what I suggested in the comment 2 below that. :)

Yeah, I figured that, but would 750 be a good amount?
Make sure it's a good quality one.

I don't see why not.
Downfire sounds much deeper and spreads about better though. I don't see why you wouldn't want to do that unless you just want to show off your 'perty boom speakers to everybody.
Maybe room.
Downfires are a lot deeper in sound.
They can use the same speakers, but it's all to do with how the box is designed for airflow and where the ports are and all that stuff.

Is that a joke or some computer thing I'm not familiar with?
Joke. It's not dead pixels though if they are moving. Pixels are stationary.
I can't see what it could be, haha, unless you are hallucinating.

So what are they?
worms

I'll see if it's possible.

Edit:

I thought I had tried this but maybe I did it differently.

I now have Eye-infinity on two 1920x1080 monitors.

Thanks for making aware that it would work.
Welcome. :)
Glad it worked.

A GPU for each monitor.
Uh, why don't you crossfire, and plug both monitors into the first card? Better performance management and better gaming performance as well.

Why is OP so outdated :I
It's a big job to go and do it all again. I will soon, when I get time. I'm currently studying for my certificate in creative technologies level 4, so am quite occupied.

Reporting on successful update with CCC 12.2

Graphics cards are:

XFX AMD RADEON 6870
XFX AMD RADEON 6870

Settings are on Crossfire disabled, multi-screen being used. The only thing that messed up were my desktop icons which is standard when updating my graphics drivers.
Crossfire disabled? You need crossfire enabled to use both cards.
