Just transfer your Steamapps folder, then when it's on your other computer, verify game cache.
I've done it every time I want to play a game on another computer, I think I've done it about 8 times so far now, and also did it when formatting.

You have to open it.
1. You'll have to open it anyway if you want a new GPU, to install it.
2. No good getting say a 560Ti if you end up frying your system because you don't have enough power to support it.

hmm that logitech ethan posted looks really nice, not sure if i want to spend that much though. and those turtle beach ones are nice.

Both me and my CS:S clanmate can vouch for their sound. We are in a sponsored CS:S clan together and both use these headsets. He bought his after I recommended them, and he'd never go back. They are amazing.

No i'm sure am3 CPU's work in am2 sockets and vice/versa. its one of the best things about AMD.
