I just checked the specs and you would have trouble even running Blockland with less than 2.0GHz.
Not at all.
I have an old computer lying around, 1.1GHz single core Athlon, lol. Integrated GeForce 6150SE GPU.
This is what I did with it.

It can run L4D on medium settings playable too.
I know L4D is source engine, but it features more detailed shaders and other stuff.

Possibly 40fps constant on Source engine, max detail.

The acer is better. It has a dual core processor and a better GPU.

It's a basic one so it doesn't need any power connectors apart from the 75w it already gets from the PCI lane.
It's basically just push it in and boot. Just make sure to uninstall current GPU drivers before installing it, ready for the new ones when you boot.
Download them direct from nvidia.com, don't use any ones sent to you on a CD.

I don't see it being bottlenecked, and if it is, not by much.

If it's a 500W PSU it does not mean it has a 6-pin connector. I loving seen DDR3 motherboards with no PCI-e slots for video cards.

Edit:

Above: Or maybe not, but still.
Get a MOLEX to 6-pin connector. Most GPUs will come with them anyway, and 99% of PSUs will have at least 2 MOLEX connectors.

Not even worth considering. Sorry.

Anyways, what are the effects of not charging it for the full time before you use it?
Do it for at least 8 hours. Better safe than sorry.

If you don't, you'll have really bad battery life from it. As in, from a full charge, you'll get like less than half the time out of it.

oh thanks but right now i have to do the other computer
that one is top priority for this thread

but i will bookmark that ram for later
You can't. There are no video cards that support PCI slots, as it's not a video card slot. Gotta be AGP or PCI-E, and none of those are on your other computers' motherboard.

Usually 8 to 12 hours, depending on the model. Look in the book.

I sincerely hope that people who think RAM will improve game performance drastically are being sarcastic.
