After about 150k bricks, it gets near impossible to build.

It got to the point that only 1/4 of what we were loading was actually loading due to all the brick space already being taken up.

BREAKING NEWS

Me and Marbel (Dr Toast) just broke 555555 bricks!

Pics:

Me, Knaz and Friendly Fire broke the brick limit today. Brick limit is 128000, we reached over 300000.
At about 150k, it was still possible to run around and stuff. We were having horse races while we waited for it to load :D
At about 200k bricks, my framerate dropped to about 5 FPS, and it was no longer possible to spawn either from F8 view or dying.
At 300k bricks my framerate was about 1 FPS, lol.
Pics:

Can be described as a 'mash of save folders', lol.
At the end, 307k bricks, it was no longer possible to load any more stuff.

A keylogger is something that records key presses and sends them to a remote computer, sometimes as dangerous as recording credit card numbers and such.

Off Topic / Mailto problems
« on: January 09, 2009, 08:40:36 PM »
Everytime I accidentally click on a Mailto: link, instead of opening Outlook Express, it opens 16 IE windows that don't respond for hours, so are unable to be closed. It's not a problem that it doesn't open OE, cause I use Hotmail, but why would a mailto link want IE? It's stupid.
Any way to stop it happening?

EDIT: Forgot to add that Windows task manager doesn't respond until the IE windows are closed.

Omega, it is an OS. Just like Vista and XP.

By test do you just mean uncheck the box?
Yeah, and experiment to see which one it could be.

Um ok.

I think this stuff might be coming from a process called
~tmpd.exe.

Second time AVG has said something about it.
Should I end that process?
Also, go to Start>Run, type in msconfig
Go to the Startup tab, and see what is starting up that shouldn't be.
Nothing in that list is necessary for the computer to work, so test to see what it might be.

EDIT: Also, go to the folder that AVG says that warning about, and delete the file it is moaning about.

Help / Re: Sound not working at all
« on: January 09, 2009, 08:23:03 PM »
Go to Options>Audio, and in the top left corner is a drop-down box called Audio Driver. There should be a None option and another option, varies on your driver. Make sure that it is not on None. Also, make sure all the boxes on the right are ticked.
Last of all, I think you probably have already done this, but turn up the master volume, down the bottom.

Do what I said, and search around your computer for dodgy stuff. There is a way to see a list of files in order they were created, so it is probably close to the top on that.
