I always thought that a dragon had some sort of flamable thingy in its throught and its breath had some sort of flamable chemical in it...so when it breathed out the flammable thingy in its throught would cause the breathe to turn on fire...BUT NVM!...How did you even come up with that?
Dragons have a pouch in their chin called a spark pouch. The dragon finds a peice of flint and a peice of iron and stores it in that pouch. When the dragon wants to breathe fire, it shakes the pouch and spits venom. The flint and iron make a small shower of sparks and the [flammable] venom catches fire.
There are two reactant liquids that ignite when they mix. Two separate glands contain them, and the Dragon can breath flames for a short time before the reservoirs run out of the chemicals. I don't know exactly how long the fire breath can be maintained or how long it takes for the compounds to refill, but it's definitely real. The Bombardier Beetle is an example of such a mechanism in animate lifeforms.
No i don't! :DHow does a dragon breath fire?
hide Dragons under your tongue!Impossible to do, unless you have an extremely large mouth/tounge
