Hmm. I've had this problem with one of my Faces. Is there a space in the file name? If so, follow this:

1. Rename the face to have no spaces.
2. Put it back in the .zip.
3. Test again.
4. If it doesn't work, try removing some faces from the Add-Ons folder. Then do 3 again.
5. ????
6. Profit!

Nope , none of them worked.
I'll PM you a link to the decal I'm trying to use.

It's time to join the legacy of Laziar - and fight the exilers.


DETAILS:
The UGA stands for the Universal Genocide Aggressors. After being exiled from many planets for unreasonable terms, the founding fathers of the UGA swore they'd have their revenge - And wipe out all of the opposition - Every single one.

The main founding father of the UGA was "Laziar Ix" (Pronounced Lazz-ee-arr i-cks). Laziar was the initial researcher of the supervirus "Omega". Laziar was using Omega to speed up the evolution of animals - without damaging their interal organs.
Laziar could create 4 strains of a species within 5 months. Due to this , almost every planet agreed this was a clear violation of the Gaia code - which refrains anyone from tampering with any organism's true DNA - and was thus Exiled from every planet known to man.

SUB-TEAMS:

Systonauts : The systonauts are essentially advanced Astronauts. Using a highly precise MMU (Manned Maneuvering Unit) and weapons capable of being used in space , being in space is almost exactly the same as being on earth.
Members:

Laziar's Brethren : The elite Systonauts and personnel , these people swear to follow and continue Laziar's legacy - and use Omega to their disposal. Any true honorable Laziar Brethren will be upgraded to Laziar's Own - as an "Honored One"
Members:

Ultak Technician : The standard UGA technician. No job is too big or too small for these experienced techies. Wiring , Building , repairing , even manning weapons is all common knowledge to the Ultak Technician.
Members:

Griffon's Hand : The Griffon's hand is the lowest sub team there is , bar the Rookies. These are your standard everyday crewmembers. Patrolling , Searching and scavenging is all a Griffon's job - Until they show the UGA what they can really achieve.
Members:

Rookie : Since the UGA are very cautious about anyone trying to sabotage their plan , any new UGA members will be treated like dirt. Until the Rookies gain trust of the UGA , they will still be considered dirt. When they have gained trust , they will be placed into a certain Sub team depending on how well they perform in the S-L-U-G test.
Members:

Laziar's Own : The Laziar's own is a select few , hand picked by Laziar himself. These are to be saluted upon by every UGA member. Very few can earn Laziar's Own Status.

Build a sci-fi ship on the Build A Space Station map, Architecture comes into plan. (Ships should be Theta size , Length Max - 128 , Width max 64 )
High deathmatch skills , good personality , and a Low ID ( 12k and below (Changed due to whiny children) , yes , i'm an elitist , yet there will be exceptions)


CURRENT SATUS:
The UGA is brand new ,and is recruiting.
As a reward to all UGA applicants , All UGA standard issue uniforms and icons will be sent to all applicants - as to show the exilers what's coming to them

OUT OF CHARACTER :

The UGA is not much of an actual clan , It's a team ,so to speak. For space battles , death matches , team building , etc. This isn't your usual "HAI GUIS LETs mEET UP WE GET OFFICES BECUZ WE R BORED stuffLIES!11" clan.

I'm getting this message testing out one of my decals, I've no idea what this means.
How do I combat this?
