Basically to further clarify a dentation is where the officer has decided that they want to put some under temporary custody. Basically for questioning and the person is not free to go until the officer says they are free. This can lead to an arrest if probable cause, reasonable suspicion, and beyond a reasonable doubt can be met.

A arrest is basically putting someone into permanent holding until a trial can be held.

Miranda Rights: contrary to cop shows, you don't have to read your rights when being arrested. The only time you need your rights read is when you are in custody and you are being questioned.

I hate this gamergate thing. The feminational socialists don't even like video games, the /b/ and /pol/ tards attack them, feminational socialists pretend to be martyrs, then the media labels us "immature misogynist gamers", then a quite a few people from the games industry like Cliff Bleszinski and Egoraptor join with the femininational socialists label us as badguys, and all the non-gamers praise them as heroes. I hate the modern "thinner/smaller is better" trend in technology because it's handicapped and just results in stuff like this.

For me I see it as mobile, touch screen, smaller, thinner. Everyone is trying to kill the deskstop pc like they did the landline, payphone and call box, laptop(soon to replaced by tablets and notebooks).

The PC is a powerful truck that can be modified, hard to destroy.  An iphone is a just a Porsche, can't do much and can easily be destroyed.

My phone from 2008 doesn't bend, dropped a few times and screen never breaks, battery lasts a week. I'd say most smart phones are complete downgrades in terms of durability.
