You must have not even played it if you're being serious.
Yeah, there's way more than that.

figures

forgot for a second there that literally everyone who likes or writes fanfiction is female

I've noticed something: everyone who built a subscriber base on youtube from Minecraft unironically sucks at video games.
Most of them are even bad at Minecraft. Hell, Yogscast even got their own mediocre game and they're probably mediocre at it themselves.

it's not hard to believe they were previously planned

he just had no reason to actually work on and implement them, he had paying customers that were pretty happy and no competition at all. now that he has competition there's reason to improve his service.
And if he had done them previously he probably wouldn't have a competitor at all, as he would actually have an advantage of several years of development rather than just years of stagnation and wasted time at a level that literally anyone with any pride in what they were doing would have been loving ashamed to put their name on and claim it was good

Why didn't you offer to help him if these features seemed so feasible to you
Because it's not my business and he claims to be perfectly capable of it himself

I am not even calling into question his competency on this count I am calling into question his motivation and the truthfulness of his claims that he had planned this previously

Because there were other things. I'm not sure what this has to do with anything.
Nearly two years, Kalphiter

It took 23 months for you to start actually working on features and now you're claiming you planned them a long way back

Even I don't procrastinate that hard

If you'd planned it way before this why didn't you start working on it

Just a note guys: a WAYWO thread should generally be used to post samples of what you're working on (not just that you are working on it) and discuss it!!

Post w/more content please & thank you

Aware of my hypocrisy but I'm not working on anything BL-related right now

my jimmies are going to be rustled if they remove collecters/condensers/tables from EE

thats the only thing that made making machines in tekkit not take 100 hours to make a compressor

He already did and has stated condensers or basically any... y'know, non-equivalent mechanics won't make a return.

But Heathen Foray is loving fantastic and it's all semantics.
True, but I loving love the mix of flute/fiddle/hurdy gurdy Eluveitie gets going. Not a lot of other folk metal bands have as much focus on the folk.

I don't think that is a "I'm proud of it" rather then having 100 annoying kids complain about how their game isn't working anymore.
How so? I don't bother listening into the stuff fest drama that is the Minecraft Forums. Most of the modders seem like friends.

If you listen to this he explains his position. It's pretty dated - primarily his issue is a personality conflict with Eloraam who was at the time one of the primary maintainers of Forge, and with how she tends to integrate functionality from other mods into Redpower (just better, most of the time)

...woes of modders of a non-existant modding system
We got it the first time, you can take the needle off that broken record now

Thrash Metal > Glam metal IMO
Yes

Just saying there's nothing really wrong with them, just that his expectations were kind of wrong.

Folk metal: "Somehow we're loving brutal with flutes and fiddles"

I prefer celtic to viking folk metal bands, personally. Viking folk tends to be more like power metal with growl vocals than really folk, celtic folk tends to have a lot more focus on the folk aspect than the metal. Case in point: Eluveitie

Fun fact: I didn't know the hurdy gurdy was a real thing until I found Eluveitie. Hurdy gurdist
