Modification Help / Re: Laser Weapon Set 2.0

I love that old picture of the one with the two barrels side by side.
I'd like to see that as a normal (non-laser) weapon, since it really looks like some anime pistol that someone (likely a vampire) would use in pairs.
If my scanner or camera worked I'd do some sketches of possible weapons for sometime in the future, but since neither works properly (scanner is broken and camera needs a new USB plug in the cam itself) I won't waste my own time D;

Haha, my dwarfs don't sleep anymore.
My engraver had a fey mood and wanted Adamantine, but my area has none.
So he went insane, then engraved over half my fortress with engravings of things like tentacle demons "embracing" dwarfs, and mandrills mangling men (a pack of mandrills killed the human traders later that year).
Anyway after about three gamedays of dwarfs vomiting all over everything, they're now very stable (aside from the nineteen who killed themselves) and haven't slept in a whole season.
As a result I now have a series of magma waterfalls down the side of my chasm because it fascinates me, and I also made a sauna (magma and water flowing into a room below the sauna room with a grated floor) and even managed to construct a nine level high, four space thick marble curtain wall outside.
Then I got bored and made a second curtain wall outside the first one and filled the gap with magma.

Not exactly completely the same thing, because I was more an involved bystander.
Like... a week ago? on Korv-Gubbe's server, one of the other admins by the name of ScorpionFire (at the time) was de-admined for being a richard. He then proceeded to continue being a richard, much to my enjoyment, even to the point of threatening that his clan would hunt both myself and Korv down IRL and kill us.
Oh dear, it looks like he forgot his MotE and USSR tags that declare him as being able to say he made those things!
Just 'cause my ID is 4332. He's just jealous :<

OH NO MY LIFE IS RUINED
He also threatened several times that he would 'post us crap on the forums and ruin our lifes', but apparently he didn't. I was hoping he would because I had a whole post with all of this typed up ready to Ctrl+V into his thread before it was ten seconds old.
Oh, and we kicked him a few minutes later when he started spamming (see here). He never came back to the server, but he's not banned.
I think Korv is still wearing the TDB tag too :O

LU is not going to be competition for Blockland at all. Blockland is a free building sandbox game based on small servers; LU is an MMO. If they implement building at all, everything will have to be moderator-approved for both quality and age rating, and looking at the target audience it would seem a lot of everything wouldn't make it past part one. Even then, an MMO by nature will suffer from limited space resulting in overfull worlds on all the servers when the game hits a fully mature state.
That, and none of the other Lego * games have featured building, and while this is a letdown it's also a boon, as Lego has more than enough funding behind it to create a far better game in the genre than Roblox or Blockland. Whether or not they will or not is up to them, but until they do it leaves a niche for indie developers.

Do want raft as vehicle.
But apparently nobody's done a water vehicle script or anything. Floating vehicles would be awesome
Also depending on how V9's events come along it'd be nice to have those wiremod components just so we can make stuff look like circuitry a bit. :D
