That happened to me and I got all sick too.
But I went like 5 days being queasy, but then I got mauled by zombies.

it really depends, sometimes it can last a few days and sometimes just 1, it's kinda wierd that way...

What happens if your infected?

when you character gets queesy you know you're infected and you have a day or 2 before you become one of them so get a molotov, go into the park, and fire away with your shotgun (if you have one) until you're out of ammo, then when they get close just put the molotov at your feet, that's what i kinda did

helpful tips for those who are having a hard time:

1. Find a nice place to stay in

2. Clear it out of zombies, and then barricade it

3. find food and store it in your safe house

4. try your hardest not to be scratched, just 1 scratch could mean infection

5. keep on the look out for flashlights, batteries, ammo, and anything else you think you need

6. ???

7. Survival

Is the creator going to make the map bigger? I feel kinda limited.
And I think he should add new weapons, like a pistol, etc.

Once you have no sleep you start to see visions of zombies and if you dont sleep for a day or so you will keep seeing them even if you look at them.
This gets really annoying at some times.
