You're using social anxiety as an excuse for everything. You're just lazy. Sure, maybe you do have social anxiety. But have you actually, with all of your possible energy, actually tried to conquer it? Or were you just too lazy? You probably haven't even attempted to try talking to yourself to get used to the flow of conversations, and probably haven't even tried any treatment. You could probably make friends, or even hold a conversation if you made some serious effort into overcoming social anxiety.

no, because of my social anxiety i can't get help for my social anxiety.
so basically i'm doomed

...Or you could try something a bit more internal? Such as talking to yourself instead of other people for a while? I mean seriously, what's the god damn worst that could happen, besides a habit of talking to yourself.

Create a personality for an inanimate object and mimic conversations with it in your head. It may not work, but it's worth a shot.

Then start slow
Talk to yourself, a teddy bear, I really don't care, just talk to something.
Then work on talking to other people, possibly over the internet, and probably the nicer people because, well, simply put, people are richards.
Then when you can do that, just try talking to somebody you know and are close to.

there's no point in making songs in order to learn how to script because it doesn't involve scripting

So you want to learn how to script?
Get off your lazy ass and look up some tutorials.
Don't understand them?
Look up what the lingo means.
