You might have a double-nat system which makes it impossible to port forward, but then again, like I said earlier, you don't have to port forward for BL anymore. I have a double-nat which makes it impossible for me to port forward and I can host on BL fine.192.168.2.1 i think...

I have this, the router's firewall is off, the computer's firewall has exceptions, and I have no antivirus that would be blocking it.
