it's just a dialogue blip, but you aren't going to find one for pokemon, as they only had a sound for advancing the conversation, not for the actual dialogue

it's sad, but there isn't much game in 550 dollars, the best bang for the buck you might get is a ryzen 3 2200g or ryzen 5 2400g system with integrated graphics.

with some compromise you could perhaps get an entry level card like rx 560 or gtx 1050
