Try c:\users\kiwibear\appdata\roaming\.minecraft\bin

Or just open Run and type in "appdata" or "%appdata%" to open the folder which is hidden.

Nice hacked flat thing bro.

I think that the world generator messed up, and generated a part of the terrain too high which left room of water to be generated beneath the terrain.

How do you make those long ass tracks without using powered carts?

I don't, I have too many climbs on the way from one end to the other...

 but most of the time my storagecart and passangercart get stuck inside each other and they keep moving at the max speed
