His eyes are too open. As I stated though, it was my first try.
Yeah, eyes are a little open, but other than that, it's great for a first try. Especially with charcoal. I've heard it's a very hard medium to work with.

It's not stuffty at all.
At all.

I said I would keep you posted...

I honestly forgot how tedious and mentally fatiguing eventing is. If you didn't catch it already, I want to make this a pretty evented build. But, that comes with a price. First of all, my sanity. I've been working for about an hour, and between the effects of brick lag starting to set in, and the effects of mental lag starting to set in, this is all I have to show for it...

(switched back to slate at YL's request)

It's a camera room on the third floor of the Admin tower. Fortunately, it's pretty cool. You need to click on the keyboard to enter a password, and the it activates the console/camera pairing for one viewing. You have to re-enter the password if you want to use it again.

Like I said before, this is hard stuff to do when both your computer and your mind are running slow. I might have to put this on hold until tomorrow.

I'm not easily angered, but something like this pisses me off in a heartbeat. I can't stand when someone sees someone else do anything creative and tells them, "You have too much time on your hands." It's as if you're telling me to get a life. I'm not sure if that's what you mean, but that's how it came off.
Not to mention that they think whatever you just did was a waste of time.

Idea for middle: A rolling-rack of tools/weapons?
I've had my middle building for a few days.

An hour and a half into my (hopefully not) all nighter, this is what I have.

Exterior is DUUUUUUN!

An updated brick count is probably around 13,800. I have no idea at this point.

This looks like it might be a bit crowded, but as you can see from this picture...

It's not hard to get around at all.

I'm taking a twenty minute break to munch and to just... move around. Keep it here, there'll be more updates on the way.

And if anyone wants to see this in game tonight, contact me and I'll tell you what you need for a server. (I can't host...)
P.S., for all you garage/road haters...

I drove that from the main gate  :D

There's lots of people names Nick on this forums, Gen Nick, Lil Nick, -Nick-, myself, Ephi, uhh, Marcem I think, probably more.
Me.
My name is Nick.

And it's better than your last one. Needs windows and detailing, but I look forward to seeing how it turns out.

Construct and Destruct make the colors looks as though they've been painted with Glow FX, and I want to see it on a normal lightened map.
Okay, just be aware you might loose some of the gray variations.
A lot of the walls and roof 'n' such were painted deliberate shades of gray, white, and black. Some of the intentions in the colors will probably be lost.

It's definately improved the last time I saw it, I want to know the current brick count and a picture of the whole build on Slate. Finish it up, and I'll evalute your build.
Ohhh... The brick count... I'm thinking somewhere around 11,000? And why does it have to be in slate? I think slate darkens the colors too much. Construct brings out the colors nicely.

Edit: Tomorrow morning (or afternoon, depending on how tired I am) I'll post a loooooong topic with more pictures than you can shake a poodle at and run-downs on several cool event features.

I'm gearing up for an all nighter. I'm going to finish this thing in one fell-swoop. (Aka twelve straight hours of building)

Don't be surprised if at the end of this, I have two 4x4s stacked on top of each other with the statement "it's a table... you don't see it?"
