At least my shotgun was designed from the ground up with subsurf. It honestly looks like he just did a blocko model and then subsurfed it with a low level. Even without subsurf, my gun would still be medium poly.

Hey folks. I'm trying to decide between a 23" and 24" Dell. They both appear to be exactly the same (same resolution (1080p) same contrast ratio, same response time, same overall design) except the 23" is $20 and obviously one inch smaller diagonally. What are your guys' thoughts on this? Some other info is that I have the money for the 23" right now and the 24"s don't pop up much on the Dell refurbished resale area (but there is a 23" there right now).

First real high-poly model.
It's a space boat.

Yes I know some parts are bad but it's my first time trying to do something like this and Wings3D is horrible with smoothing.
And yes the bridge does suck.

No, it looks like you subsurfed a blocko model.

edit: also with some really lame smooth shading in some places.

This is an awesome screenshot I took while playing STALKER Call of Pripyat. I just happened upon this building and it looked so damn photorealistic that I needed to take a picture of it. I loving love STALKER.

Your a loving idiot thats called an operation system. An operating system is what you computer runs and it has nothing to do with 64 bit or 32 bit. Lets say i run in Windows XP service pack 2. That would be for my computer Windows XP Servicepack 2 64-bit.

Alright men, the time to stow those razors is on the horizon. We are a week and two days away from the advent of No Shave November. I shaved this last Wednesday and forgeted up my mustache and needed to shave it off. In memory of my lost facial hair, I have decided to not shave for the remainder of October and get a running start into No Shave November.

At the very least, I think all games should come with some kind of benchmark that you can download for free. Nothing like buying a game you find out you can't run.

I think it would be nice if you could, in essence, "give" a copy of a game you never play to a friend. As long as that friend can't give the game back (i.e. two people could pass a game back and forth and both play it while only owning one copy) I don't see why this'd be a problem.

Golden Muscat grow like crazy here in our fertile Virginia soil. I always liked the smell of Nortons and Pinot Noirs, but both of them are pretty damn flimsy compared to some of the whites we had growing down at the vineyard this summer. Cabernet Sauvignon also has the best contraction ever: Cab Sav.
