Be sure you consume a lot of protein if you are trying to build muscle.

I take protein shakes twice a day and creatine every day. I also drink 20 glasses of water and I eat lots of tuna, and I take multivitamins. Should see what my dad got but he won't let me use any of it, he has NOS, recovery powder, protein, some kind of sea algae pills, calcium pills, and 2 other ones I don't know what they do. He won't let me use any of it and he broke his back and can't use it lol.

I can host without hamachi now, I found out my internet phone was responsible for my not being able to host all along, I hooked it up behind the router and put DMZ on the router through it so it doesn't block anything any more. PM me if you want to play, I really just want 1 or 2 other people on vanilla minecraft, no mods.

Are you doing it to lose weight? If you follow everthing you really do see changes, my fat ass lost 22 pounds :D

Lol nah, I am currently 190 lbs. and I am 6'6 so I am like 30-40 lbs. under a healthy weight for my height. Also being able to do 10 pullups the first time should have shown I wasn't fat, unless I was a fatty with some really nice upper strength. Also 30 minutes later I am not sore at all, now I feel like I was really slacking, or my muscles are just numb from the intense stress, or the 5 minutes before and after stretching really helped work it out.

Plyometrics is the hardest IMO.

That's tomorrow and cardio is my weakest area by far. Also this wasn't really hard, but I'm not used to such muscle endurance, I've been working out like 2 months and I can do a lot of pushups and pullups in 1 set but multiple sets kill me.

So my friend gave me his P90X DVDs and I decided to start today. It is pretty brutal. If you guys want I will post what I had to do basically, I wouldn't consider it illegal telling you what is on the DVDs since most of it is stretching and such I cannot explain. But I can show you the actual workouts we did.

Day 1: Chest and Back
5 minute warmup
Standard pushups. They said they were going to do 30 so I did 30 too to try and hang with them, sadly I had no idea there was going to be 20 more types of pushups.
Wide pullups: They did like 20 I only did 10 barely, and again I didn't know there was going to be like 40 more sets.
Military Pushups: I did 15 and was already done with pushups, but there was much more to come.
Chinups: This is where I started going down hill fast, only 4.
Wide pushups: 15, was almost torture getting to 15, I was ready to give up and it wasn't even half way over.
Narrow pullups: Did 3, again I was already spent.
Declined pushups: struggled out 15 again but maybe blacked out a bit.
Raise your pants: Google it, I only had 25 lb dumbells but you want to do only 8-12 reps ideally, I did 20 with 25 so I need bigger weights
Diamond pushups: Only did 5, these are hard as forget.
Lawnmowers: google again, did 20 each arm 25 lbs.
Divebomber pushups: did 6, these are really hard on my computer gamer back
Back flies: google them, did 25 lbs. 15 reps
Wide pullups: I only did 1, man I was dying
Wide pushups: forget you again!? This is where he revealed we were doing everything over again in a different order, did 10
Chinups: 3
Military pushups: 8, military is where they are real close to you.
Narrow pullups: 2, god save me
Wide pushups: 10
Raise your pants: 10 25 lbs.
declined pushups: 6
Lawnmowers: 20 25 lbs.
Diamond pushups: 5
Back Flies: 10 25 lbs.
Divebomber pushups: Not even 1 I was too exhausted.
5 minute cooldown.

I am supposed to do the ab ripper DVD too but I am scared.

I am not liking this. It is like releasing all the convicts from every prison in the country, except instead of hardened criminals it is a bunch of 10-13 year olds with no intelligence and no socializing... Okay it is exactly like if you released everyone from all the mental hospitals in the country.

I bowl every sunday, $7 from 8-10 but they never shut you down at 10 so you can usually go til closing. I bowl over 200 almost every time and my highest I forget the score but I got 5 strikes, then 2 spares, then the rest strikes. I got mad spin too and me and my friends get 2 or 3 lanes usually so sometimes we go all harlem globetrotters, like I will be standing on one lane and put a backwards spin on the ball while throwing it at the other lane and it will curve into that lane and then do a strike.

I used to try to practice lucid dreaming but about a couple years ago I just stopped dreaming, haven't dreamed in years actually. My problem was like "Ok I am in my dream OH CRAP DON'T WAKE UP" then I would be awake.

Hmm cool. My buddy is getting the game and he really wants to play Defiant, So I will have my second character be on your server and such.

I don't know why anyone would play defiant, they just have horrible races. All the have is monday humans, emo furries that have thick eyeliner and turn into foxes, and giant humans. Order has dwarves, case closed.

Can you have pets on a cleric? Is there any undead themed classes for them? I will be on your server, which one?

My server is Perspice, I am on order not defiant. Clerics have a class called druid that is kind of focused on pets but they don't get the good pets til way late. And all the undead oriented classes are in mage really. So you can go mage, mages can heal as a chloromancer which seems fun, so you could DPS or heal.

It's the same thing only enhanced. I would say WoW 2.0 but I'm afraid Visage might come in and rage about that.

What. Anyway I am an 18 cleric if you want to play on my server. Also I recommend you go cleric if you like to play a lot of roles, because clerics can tank, heal, and DPS. Rogues can tank or DPS, warriors can tank or DPS, and mages can DPS or heal.

Wasn't greenbh the one that talked about jerking off by rubbing his legs together to pictures of women in trenchcoats?
