I can't help you at all, in any way, no matter what I do. But I can somewhat feel your pain, since my moms a bitch every now and then, though not as bad as yours.
Oh and we need Mage here now. He gives the best advice.

He gives horrible advice, it would probably be "She is your mother and knows what is best, just love her and be happy you have a mother." Also I would talk to my dad if this was happening and just be like "the forget is wrong with you?" and tell him to leave her ass. In court if the kids testified that they found tons of naked pictures of her on the computer addressed to other men, I am pretty sure the judge is going to give her nothing.

Ok I finally bought it.
Started off on a beach and found a nice small cave so I only had to board up one wall.
I didn't understand crafting as I couldnt figure out how to seperate groups of items and looked it up and I felt bad for cheating but I only looked enough to know how to make poles and workbenches. I guessed for everything else I made.

It's cheating to look up how to make stuff? Man I am a massive cheater then.

Welcome to the club of bad parents, my dads and starfish and I can't leave home because of the extremely overpriced renting/houses.

Ditto. My mom is divorcing him in a couple months though and her, me, and my grandpa are going to move to Oregon. It's super cheap to live there, you can get a 3 bedroom house for like $600 a month. Also her friend lives there and she is a big wig at Intel and said she already has a job ready for me there. I will probably move out on my own soon after since it's so cheap up there.

1 minute intro on a less than 4 minute video = bad
Song doesn't really fit the horde or any of the areas you were filming. Should have different music per each area
Camera work needs work, maybe higher quality or better angles, but you didn't really capture any amazing places or things.
Honestly I could see you retorting with a "I did this in 5 minutes and didn't even try" type of excuse, which would be believable. Needs some effort.
I hope that was constructive enough.

I don't think Badspot can legally evict a player from playing the game, all he can do is warn players not to trust him. Unless he gives them a refund...

Virtually 100% of ToS agreements on video games grant them 100% freedom to what they can do with your account. In fact every single game that is based upon online accounts clearly states you don't even own your account, you basically pay the game company for them to create an account you can play, but you have no ownership over it.

To all who responded to me, I see now. No doubt he'll buy a new key, though.

Badspot banning him is win-win scenario. Either he never comes back and Badspot got $20 from him and never has to deal with him again, or he buys another key and Badspot gets an extra $20.
