It has more to do with people who appear to be total social outcasts with no (or very poor) ability to communicate to the opposite love (or just in general). That's just judging them over the internet though, but it is a pretty valid point for some people. Therefore, because of the lack thereof, there would be very slim chances of them ever getting a girlfriend or getting laid if that's how their mindset is in real life.

why is it that all the people who say stuff like this to me are invariably virgins for life who hate me for basically just being a girl

i mean its a fair question, if youre going to say stupid stuff like that about me all the time make sure youre not a complete loser so it doesnt come off as being absolutely annoying

People arnt saying mean stuff bc you are a girl, and why does it matter if the person talking about you is a vergin or not? It gives you no cool points.
