I don't have a car and off-campus housing doesn't usually have air conditioning, so it's going to be a ton of garbage unless I get a room in one of the dormsI understand where you're coming from with this, but honestly, you can make off campus housing work easily at most universities. It's usually cheaper too (at the cost of some amenities, like A/C, but cheaper nonetheless)... so you have the ability to afford a nice ass fan, bike/bus pass etc. for non-walkable distances if need be.

That's the same thing as x≥8 and x≤-8i mean i guess technically yes? but no one writes it this way in actual math because if you graph it out you're describing two separate intervals, (-inf, -8] and [8, inf) which makes more sense as two separate inequalities. we would use an expression like that for something like |x| <= 8.
But is -8≥x≥8 the same thing as the line above?
