it doesn't matter what area it is because there are minimum build codes

yes but your area gets more of them and therefore is more used to them and knows how to react.
put it this way. we laugh at you people from Florida because people flip out when it starts snowing and causes tons of traffic jams, school closings, etc even though it was only like, 1 inch. we get that a lot in the winter here, and we don't flip out because we're used to it, even expecting it.

I guess this would be an appropriate place to put this question.
I have some local songs that i would like to listen to on Spotify and i've imported them to my library on my other computer, but they don't play on my desktop because they are local files from the other computer. is there any way to upload these songs to a server or something so that i can listen to them on my desktop without downloading and importing them from here?
