Dammit, I live in the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia- our damn mountains parted that entire storm, we got a dusting and a delay, which in some ways is better than a snow day because I still have time to sleep in, the day is a lot easier, and it still counts as a day of school so we don't need to worry about making it up.

private school = no makeups

At least you don't have 0 degrees.

i would actually love that
when my parents left minnesota with me it was -10 degrees or something
