General Discussion / What Blockland Server(s) are you hosting/did you host before/will you host?

Basically this thread is about your hosting history on Blockland...

So a long time ago. I think 2 years... idk- but I was playing on I think Filipe1020's SpeedKart server, which was modified, so that inspired me to make a Blockland server,
I could not figure out how to modify a gamemode, so I made this account and posted in the help section, after having some more problems they kept helping me and helping me!
I eventually came out with SpeedKart Edited! I hosted the server, finding out almost no one could join my server, so I got MORE help... there was something called port forwarding... I did that, and got a little trouble and eventually got that too! I hosted and I was not sure who joined and who didn't, Back then, I think, I had stereo, later got vehicle sounds and stereo broke, making a split-second of sound...

I at some point made SpeedKart Modified, adding more add-ons as I went, more and more people were joining! And I had been friends with someone named Harree (IGN). Then at some point, I abandoned Blockland without a trace, gone, gone and gone, Harree never knew where I went, but appearently, around there, my server got replaced by someone named AnthonyRules144, when I came back, I started hosting my server again, and noticed not as much people were joining as before, so I went to the list and I found a server, I tried it a little, it was not bad at all... So at some point on my server, Harree was back! He said that before, my server was the main server! So then again, I got more into updating my gamemode, adding more cool stuff! And when people stopped playing my server almost completely, I made SpeedKart X, adding the Hatmod and modifying the messages that popped up in SpeedKart! I got some more plays, but then again, it was back to almost no one playing, I then again took a break from Blockland for a couple of weeks. My server fees expired, but when the server went back up, the server started rockin' back up, and now today, I get a popular server each day.

Oh, at some point around SpeedKart Modified, I failed to make a Family RP -_-

"Speedkarts" logo made by Masterlegodude The X is from Apple Mac OS X.

(Wow, logo in front is plural, Speedkarts, kinda wish it were just SpeedKart, oh well!)

I have made SpeedKart X now, making it nice and good, I changed the messages for the mini-game for it!

Help / Can not find a great music pack

I kept searching the forums in Music to find this music pack that uses Blockland sounds to make the song, it includes stuff like "BL Uptown Funk" "BL After School Special" and "BL Rock My Emotions". Of course, that is not all the songs, I tried searching in different ways, anyone have the link to it?

Help / What the heck has happened to Vehicle Time Killer!?

This is the weirdest bug I have ever experianced, it may not even be a bug...

It forces me to use the number 50 for the timer, whatever I type, it makes 50

So if I type "00", it types it out as "50". Then, when I do it higher than 5, it types it normally. so weird, when I type the second number, boom, it forces "50" again... Anyone else get this? I can save doing the "9" part...

Help / Auth Failing Via Steam

This is just stupid and weird...

I try to play Blockland on Steam and it always gives me this message:


Has anyone had this problem and know how to fix it?
This is very weird, and you can't just re-enter your key into Steam
If there is no solution, I will forever have to play the non-Steam version of BL

So, yeah, I hope there is a solution...

Suggestions & Requests / Blockland for Mobile

Wouldn't it be cool if you could play Blockland anywhere?

These days, people have been posting on the BL forums through their Mobile device, I do sometimes too!
On your iPad, your iPhone, your Android phone and tablet...

But Blockland needs to be compatible, but first it needs modern design, because we might be talking Windows 98 style on it...
We all see this in iOS and Mac, curved corners on squares, like this!:


Roblox (you know, that other game) already has a modern design, because they still update alot, uggh, because they are a big community, uggh, and we are a small one...
But this would be real cool to have Blockland for Mobile!

Help / Is there a way to change the order of the tracks? via Speedkart

So on my Speedkart server, the order of the tracks are completly random, I don't know if I can chyange the order of them manually or not. I would love to do that, because the way the order is currently, it makes players unload then load large maps at some points, causing half of the players on my server crash, also losing popularity...
So I REALLY hope there is a way. Thanks!

General Discussion / Badspot has joined my server before?

Okay, so I have an add-on on my speedkart server that records people's levels by their BLID, crazy enough, I saw Badspot's BLID in it, 0.
I really don't have any other proof, it is just there...
Here is a pic...


So then, I dragged the file to my desktop and opened it:

It appears he never earned XP, lol

Do you guys have hints of him joining your server?
Maybe Badspot will tell us...

Okay, so for people who do not know Mad Libs, it is a game where you have a story with blanks and the story will tell you what to put in, like an adjective, noun, and a person.

So here's the deal, if I give you guys a story, you could make it make sense, so I am going to make it diiferent...
I am going to display in a code, people will take turns so if the code is like this:

2nd - nounthen people would do this:

2nd - Eagle

Once people are done with the whole Mad Lib, I will come back ASAP and check in the words then post the picture on with your guys' words on it.
If you put something invalid for the blank I will quote your post and tell you it will not be accepted because it is not the right word for example

Help / Something makes only Blockland tab out

So I am casually playing Blockland then suddenly BOOM! I am in a black screen and then suddenly on my desktop, something keeps causing Blockland to tab out on me, then when I try to get back into the game, it crashes, failing to get back into the game. I have no idea what would cause this...
