Help / Peaceful War's Boats wont destroy

whenever I use peaceful wars boats, I get annoyed at the fact they dont get destroyed no matter how much you blast them, which makes Navy TDMs less fun and re spawning much harder. I just want to know if they dont get destroyed or if there's something wrong with the file i have.

I stole a marble from a store once because I put it in my pocket and forgot about it. Then I made a big deal out of it because people always told me never to take things that weren't mine. 
Me and my brother were chucking pillows at eachother, I chucked it and it hit the light and the light fell off and broke.Same thing happened to me except i was chucking pillows at my friend.
