i don't see whats wrong with the hype. i'm kinda of confused about the plot. he said it takes place before the bomb, and then 200 years after the bomb was dropped?? why does fallout 3 looks so much more devastating then?

You make your character, the bombs begin to drop, you go to the vault, todd says some stuff goes down, and you come out 200 years later.

Fallout 3 looked looked devastating because Bethesda is handicapped and designed the came to look like the bombs fell yesterday.

They showed a lot of stuff that modders have been putting in their games for years.

They were quiet as forget about everything.

They showed a bunch of cool stuff, settlement building, gun building, but they ignored half of the stuff i was worried about.

Im kinda disappointed.

oh hey they rapped fallout again

so huh the good and the ugly

the good so far:
animations are slightly less clunky
npc commands

the ugly:
going overkill the retro theme
voiced protagonist, limited dialog

I hated Fallout 3 and Bethesda as much as the next guy, but so far a lot of the stuff they're doing isnt so bad.

I hate the voiced protag definitely. But everything else is cool as forget.

i am too idk why

Heres why im pissed off

- Modding is going to be forgeted with custom dialogue. The character will be a mute in all modded content.
- It breaks the immersion for me. I dont want my character to sound like that. I dont want to hear my character at all.
- It looks like you cant even mute the characters voice, because the dialogue selection thing is so loving sparce you cant hardly get into any conversation.

Theres more but I dont care to list them all out

Tho the new pipboy looks cool.
