Pc stands for personal computer, which (like a Windows) Macintosh is.  So to all the people that call a Windows OS computer a PC and Macintosh a Macintosh: both are PCs

I'm a mac. The generalization that we do not know as much about computers applies to some people. However, there are just as many computer illiterates that use Windows as well. I know a decent amount with computers, I have to. I work with the tech department at my school as the Mac department but I have to troubleshoot Windows all the time. I don't know the most, but I certainly know more than that kid mentioned in the OP. And I'm certainly more professional.

That's a terrible thing to say. No seriously, that's ridiculously cheezy. He would probably slap you.

Haha. Mac people are usually much less experienced with computers.
