Off Topic / Hungaryfest 2010

Two topics stacked, sue me.

Anyway, My dad is from Hungary, and this is one of the only things he will ever enjoy in America next to Football, Bowling, and BBQ Ribs. For one day out of the entire year he gets to speak his very own language to pratically everyone there, except for the fat kids who come to eat the foods.

Like me :D

The food is amazing, there's stuffed cabbage, blood sausages, chicken, these big gigantic bread thingies that are like pancakes on sterioids, you can use cheese or put powdered sugar on it. Both delicious btw. There's also these crepe like things that can be stuffed with sweet cottage cheese or apple butter.

In addition, there's a bunch of these stands selling stuff like Hungarian cookbooks, novelty items, and for some reason a stand selling normal stuff like those electric sound guns and those things that explode when you throw them on the ground. Also a stand with those character ballons like Spongebob, Dora, Spiderman, and Ironman. :D


Also an exibit of Hungaran history which was just a bunch of poster boards with the Hungarian Wikipedia page pasted onto it. No joke, I loled hard.

Off Topic / Toy Story 3 :D

Toy Story 3: T-minus 2 weeks. Is anyone else anticipating this? I've seen every pixar movie since I was born, starting at Toy Story 1, when I myself was 0 years old. I was born in 1995, as was Toy Story created.
Anyway, anyone young enough to watch the first 2 toy stories in theatres is obviously 15 or older right now, so there's not much to say about maturity of the users ho want to watch it. I can't wait to see what happens, and to check out the interaction between the original toys, new toys, and daycare children.

PS: My good comp went kablooey and borked and now I have my laptop, which doesn't have Firefox's spellcheck feature. Also I'm too fat to use speel chuck.

This thread is not what you were most likely thinking, I am not bitching about a reading assignment for school, or how someone is making me read, but the point of this thread,

I read too fast. :C

Call me a weeaboo, but I have 26 copies of Inuyasha, investments from when I was seven, and 16 copies of Black Cat, a random manga. Over the course of 2 weeks, I have read all 17 copies of black cat within my free time, and it takes me only 15 minutes to read through one. This makes me sad because these books are 8 dollars each and I really want to find out what happens next, only I always play my books over in my head like some sort of show, so I read through the book that fast, because I can.

An airsoft gun, anyway.





You think that a gun with a loving Eagle carved into it's handle would be awesome as hell, right? So I bring it home, set up my target in the backyard, load it up, aim, and bam.

It sucks.

Inaccurate as hell, the bbs keep getting stuck, and the gas never goes into the chamer. I actually ran out of gas, and I got so pissed that I ran upstairs to my computer and made an angry thread about it. I am going back to the flea market on monday. I'm going to try to return it, and buy a hammer action or electric bb. I don't care what anyone says, I am never ever ever buying a gas powered bb gun ever again.

PS: I was probably too stupid about loading up the gas, but either way I'm not paying money for more gas when I can simply use a rechargeable battery or normal batteries, or even hammer action.

Alright, so I was playing the gun game, and I've always had a special interest for revolvers, so I went and unlocked the set of revolvers. Now don't get me wrong, a flash game is not representation of a real gun. But I saw this one gun, the peacemaker. And I was like, "Wow, if I had that gun Mike would get all the secks" But I did some googling, and to my dismay, it doesn't appear to exist. Wat do? :C

A bit cold in here.

There, I already did it. So forget off about my timing.

Anyway, the gun game is a game that's basically about guns, surprisingly. It has a wide variate of guns ranging from the Deagle to the Spas-12, it has an okay physics engine, and can keep you busy for a bit.

Anyway, I need an auto clicker script. Since the game has achievements, and one of the achievements is to fire 950 bullets from a rifle that has a 5 bullet clip. I'd be crazy to sit here for a few hours constantly clicking. Now who wants to help me?

So I wake up in the morning and go to school. Once I enter Spanish class I'm like "What was I thinking? I feel sick as hell". But I was going for perfect attendance. I checked the charts and it turns out I didn't get perfect attendance even after coming to school all year without a single sick day. So I'm like "forget you guys I'm going home". And go to the nurses and then get my dad to bring me home around 10. I take a nap for two hours and wake up and now my head hurts as well as my throat.

Breaking News: I live in a countryish side of New Jersey. I am a hill-billy sister-forgeter.

More importantly, my dad owns a barn.

More importantly, the barn is full of cats. 16 last time I checked.

More importantly, there's new cats inside the barn. Which are kittens, I guess.

They were about the size of my hand, and there were 4. One of completely Black, another Calico, another gray, and the last one black with a white mouth/feet. One of those cats you would name boots. I chilled with boots for about 5 minutes after meeting him and I hope that I appear as someone of interest so I can pet him in the near future. What do I name him? I'm thinking Duke Nukem.

I know I'm super off topic right now, but all my life I've never successfully drawn a closed hand/fist, and that really becomes a problem when I publish the latest issue of a comic that I draw, or draw people in general. For my entire life this has bugged me, and I think I could finally do something about it. Can anyone help me with this matter?

Off Topic / Drinking Coca-Cola out of a champaigne glass.

First off, I'm already gonna reference how the Fresh Prince of Bel-air drinks orange juice out of a champagne glass, there. I already said it.

Secondly, this somehow makes the soda taste more refined and delicious. I've drunken 3 2 liter bottles over the past 2 days, which has given me some sort of what I believe is an acid reflex. My throat burns, it hurts to burp or drink soda, but damn. It still tastes good. The glass is a generally tall glass, with a large round bottom, then a thin glass pillar leading  to a tall and narrow cup.

The Coke is just Coke.
 

Discuss drinking stuff out of fancy glasses.
