it's still broken as it doesn't destroy enemy stickies or last 2 seconds on the ground (lasts one) like it's supposed to

I just realized we haven't had an update since the initial follow-up to the big one

They implemented a completely new, bizarre and bug-ridden gamemode and there hasn't been a single update to fix anything for 13 days

That's really weird

The best part about the Third Degree is the heavy metal riff that plays when taunting with it.

I actually prefer the Neon Annihilator's sound but the Third Degree is surely second

I had a good idea for the Gunslinger the other day: A sentry placement cooldown

The only thing that bugs me about the Gunslinger anymore is that you can just relentlessly place down mini-sentries, if there was some sort of waiting period between deploying them it'd be infinitely more tolerable

maybe they'd be more okay with it if it was less blindly running forward and more waiting around corners to ambush people, because it's more strategic and less noobish

I think it's funny* that we play in a time where actually using your Flame Thrower, the Pyro's primary weapon, to kill people is often considered the "noob" way to play Pyro, and the phrase "W+M1" is now used not just to describe someone holding down those keys as it was originally intended but to encompass anyone using flames as their main source of damage

People can't kill the guy walking into them and somehow it's my fault, man I don't give a forget I gave like 8 Medics the Third Degree today I don't need the Axtinguisher

what are good crates to open with normal keys?

83 & 84 are full of Killstreak Kits with a chance of them being Spec/Pro

Anything else is just going to get you Stranges worth a couple refined, some cheap Strange Parts, or cosmetics, so it's really up to you to find which crate contains the most items you like

If you're looking to make a profit, you're probably not going to make anything unless you get a good Killstreak Kit or an Unusual because not even things like Strange Rocket Launchers or Strange Grenade Launchers are worth jack stuff anymore, unfortunately at this point you're better off just using the keys as currency if you want the most value

why are people selling keys for 14 ref though? are they just in the slightly giving spirit?

If I had to guess I'd say the slight price drop from 17-17.33 to 16.66-17 earlier caused a panic and all of the key hoarders wanted to get rid of them fast before things got "worse"

It's unlikely that that many people made that decision from such a small price drop but it's the only explanation I can find, but perhaps a lot of people are on edge just waiting for any miniscule sign that things could crash and as a result caused their own demise


I do find it pretty funny that the price goes to hell the day before the one key I have in my inventory is tradable
