some times when I place a 1x1x5 brick this happens

The interior is the same but some exterior is new

hieeeeeee I'm back
I've had an Idea for another app I might do
I've just whipped up a draft but the plan is a set of decals of uniforms and clothes unique to DoT
An unfinished quick example is the DoT shirt:
DOUBLE CLICK ON IT PLEASE
please say: is it an ok idea, any suggestions or anything else
