Help / Need a ID unbound from a forum account I no longer use and is banned [repost]

I reposted this here because it was originally in off topic.
I need a ID unbounded from this account.
I already sent Badspot a email about this containing reasons on why i really want him to unbound the key from that account.
The reason I want him to unbound the key is because its my main key, the account is perma banned, and the email that is on it I forgot security questions, and the password.
I can login to the banned account, I just really want the key unbounded from it since I accidentally got myself perma banned on that mariohp account.
My main key is usable, I had my main key I use (30412) sent to my email address that I use now instead of my old one that i cant get into.
Anyway, heres backstory of the day I got banned:
I was around 9 or 10 years old, im 13 now, anyway, I was going around on the internet and i stumble across a random link, I click the link and it puts me into this gay research link, I almost puked, and closed out immediately, so I quickly ctrl c'd the link and ctrl v'd it onto a thread, i was basically saying:
i didn't understand even if i said not to go to the link, people would, but i got autobanned for posting the shock site.
I really didn't know better at the time, and I really want the key unbound from the account mentioned above.

I recently formatted my hard drive and installed windows 7 about a month ago, and I'm not completely sure but I think it had realtek drivers on my windows 8.
I don't know though, how do I tell? All the device manager tells me is I have Microsofts HD audio stuff and nvidia's.
