Literally every piece of biological material in your body has DNA. Sperm cells, egg cells, hair cells, feces. My poop is not a human. If it was I would be getting abortions constantly, such ugly children.

Your feces is not made of living cells and your hair is dead cells. But you are basically right.

Hitting your head against your hand probably kills tons of cells, but no one yells genocide over that. Granted, your brain cells do not have the ability to make a human.

When someone joins your server, your computer generates the file manifest and sends it to them. This has been known to lag people.
