For whatever reason, Scratch seems to think that joining servers and confronting people with lots of profanity or lots of caps is the best way to get them to back off. This is probably the worst way, if they are a troll then you are encouraging them, and if they are a jerk they might just mad and want to continue to escalate the argument. Because it is over the internet, there is no way that you are going to scare someone into backing down.

« on: July 17, 2012, 07:28:52 PM »the only problem is, my law and order is unnaturally low so my police struggle with their bad funding.Education and welfare can actually reduce crime. I have no crime due to education, welfare, and law and order.
I probably will start to get crime though as I slowly kill welfare for ultra-capitalism.
