Also your masteries are pretty horrible i suggest changing them.
Key word is people. When I play against people mid I always win. The fact that I play so much Co-op makes it look even worse for everyone else because I have very little pvp experience.

I got 4 gigs of DDR2 RAM years ago and it was less than or equal to $50. It was 4x1GB, but I imagine that a good deal should have a much lower price.
EDIT: Looking around it appears that 8 gigs of DDR3 is actually cheaper than 8 of DDR2. They both take up 240 pins so I would research compatibility. It will definitely be a better deal.

Oh, you can get positions of players client side still, but again, that's another one of those things that you just don't want to do, am I right?

Then if anyone has a problem it is still easy to just tell them to click the force update button, but for those who don't want to lose stuff they can just not do it.
The best way to do this would be an advanced option that allows you to disable forced updates by directory. For example, if you need to fix a problem, but would rather not re-install custom textures, you can just enable everything except for the ui folder.
