That's cool, never knew it had an inner connector.

Yeah, I've done something similar before. The fan on the PSU was noisy, so I opened it up, removed it, and replaced it.

forget it, I cut the cables of the fan and screwed another one on the outside. I'll just leave this unlocked so you guys can keep arguing whether capacitors can kill a human bean or not.

As it happens, you can open up the power supply and there is a fan power connector there. You can attach your new fan to the connector on the inside.

A single case isn't not proof enough that it's a highly dangerous thing. You're not going to drowned in any puddle you see after that one guy managed it.

Current stops the heart. The amount of current that capacitors in a power supply are rated for is enough to stop any heart, weak or strong.

If someone can take a lightning bolt I really don't see how you can kill yourself on an unplugged ps. Just calling it now I see it not trying to be an ass. The kid probably had a weak heart.

Hell, let's get real honest. Most PC savvy people(to the point of taking apart a power supply by yourself at 16) aren't exactly going to be the most fit humans out there.

You shouldn't "call it how you see it" if you're this ignorant. Thanks.

Allow me to rephrase. If you managed to kill yourself with the power supply of a personal computer, you either deserve a Darwin Award or have a weak heart or something.

Or not. Capacitors can be dangerous. What do you get out of being an ass towards people who didn't know about the dangers of them? Clearly you don't understand the danger either.

It depends on whether or not your browser saves that stuff. I'm pretty sure Opera does. You may also be able to save all of your tabs as a session.

lol. I was working on clearing out some stuff and got like 13 silt. I extracted it and the second thing I got was an amber mosquito. I already gave one to Alternative, and now I have 3 again.

searching doesn't really work, I looked for Terraria and nothing showed up (although it could still be indexing)

Yeah, it won't do that for some reason. It doesn't index program files by default, but even enabling that won't help you. I actually specifically told it to index the folder where Terraria.exe is held and it wasn't fixed.

The issue is that the Steam game shortcuts are listed as Internet shortcuts, so it doesn't seem to list them correctly.

Here is a workaround:

Go to the following directory: C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Steam
Create a .vbs file (Visual Basic Script)
Enter the following code

Code: [Select]

Set WshShell = CreateObject("WScript.Shell" )
WshShell.Run chr(34) & "steam://rungameid/105600" & Chr(34), 0
Set WshShell = Nothing
You can replace "steam://rungameid/105600" with any of the steam shortcuts.
Create a shortcut to the .vbs file in the same directory
This shortcut will now show up in search results and will open up your Steam game




It's all kind of tedious, but it's what I got.
