Ok, I really don't get why some of you guys are acting like this. I don't think I ever could in this situation. I find it difficult to hate on someone who clearly isn't an idiot. I mean, even if this was all an elaborate ruse, it doesn't really matter, because whoever posting behind there has some sense of intelligence.

There should be a confirmation message in the add-ons menu when you create a topic, that has a 10 second timer before you can continue, and has several emboldened, capital words. Along with a short quiz at the end that requires you to say you are posting a finished add-on.
There should also be an option to disable it, but the theory is that the people who make these topics, would not be smart enough to do this.

I don't see why anyone would need to hack a government system. The passwords are easy. The FBI uses 'password' for everything, and the CIA uses '123'.
