Building in all red makes you look like a noob, don't do it. To make it not red change your paint can color by pressing E on the keyboard and scrolling through your choices.

I say "noob" because it's the only thing new players really react to.

Already got one about not building in red.

BACK IN V8 YOU HAD TO PLACE EACH TEXTURE IN THEY'RE PROPER FOLDER AND WALK 9 MILES BOTH WAYS UPHILL IN THE SNOW TO GET THERE! YOU KIDS HAVE IT TO EASY THESE DAYS!

Correction, we do not live in Earth, for if we did, we would all burn to death. We live on Earth.

Notice how I did not capitalize 'earth' because I was not referring to the planet, but both the atmosphere and the planet. And we do live inside the atmosphere.

On the topic of downloading add-ons from servers, there is a new feature in the pipeline from RTB that allows you to download all the rtb add-ons a server has directly from the RTB server. This means they download crazy fast and you don't have to sit there waiting to get each single file from a server with a home upload speed.

You can just recommend RTB to all your friendies and make BL easier for everyone. 

Cant you just go to console and type 'canvas.pushdialog(RTB_ModManager);' to open the mod manager in game.

Wait wat. I have an AMD dual core and I have never heard of this optimizer thing. My BL runs fine.
