Remove the tank turret and put it on the jeep. Then ride off to blockland.

Also wreck the enemy vehicle for scrap.

Maybe you could also make it so you can pay for a hit on someone for one certain hitman or a group of hitmen, and then they have to kill the person, if caught placing the hit will get you wanted, and if caught doing the hit would give you a bigger wanted level.

Please do make it so you would probably have to baton them first to knock them out if they have a weapon, because I hate it when people just cuff you when you're shooting and you can't do jack stuff.
