that was tamir rice. the unarmed boy who was shot was mike brown.

I know that he was unarmed, but I didn't realise is was the black one and not the white one until it was talking about an un-armed teenager.

Posted a suggestion and request for an addon to damage+heal all players when the round resets.

I highly doubt that would happen, unless you got a hammer or something.
