Becuse these aren't the same sets you have, these are improved with more pieces. Your sets are likely from 2001.

Harry Potter sets are so awful.  They never make new sets, its always the same exact set redone because ALL the movies have the same locations. (plus a couple others)
The movies barely have action in them anyways, making it hard to even make a fun harry potter set, the movies are just dialog.

oh just let us be happy with our newly designed lego harry potter sets.
