I don't see the problem with the skeletons are. Sure they flail around, and it was easily fixed with a little muscle, if you squeeze the tip down hard enough, then the it will grip to the socket for dear life.
Older skeletons were better in my opinion. More arm movement, more realistic.

I guess I was pointing more towards "Playability".

Stranger: you could say it that way. It's sort of an lottery. Maybe you get an mutation which makes you better and therefore you survive. Maybe you don't
