Just long exposures (bulb mode between 3-5 seconds)
And then some basic raw editing to darken the background and make the colors pop more

Mcdonalds is going down hill, they've actually closed a lot of restaurants lately

The last time I ate at one was 7 months ago in the middle of a 6 hour road trip. That's the only time it's acceptable to me; any other time I'd take the time to find somewhere better

Go invisible/offline and do whatever you want till you feel ready to deal with these people.
set your friend status to "offline"
Steam doesn't have an invisible setting
The 'offline' setting is actually signing out, you can't talk to anyone

There seems to be a bit of an obsession with efficiency lately, which is very strange... Unless your inventory management methods are going to be called hundreds or thousands of times per second, it is highly unlikely that there will be any noticeable return on time spent optimizing your code. If efficiency was as important as some people think, high-level languages such as Python would never flourish, and everyone would program in assembly. However, programming in Python is quick, and programming in assembly is slow and tedious. The difference in execution time, 9999 times out of 10,000, is not worth the difference in programming time.

tl;dr: The time you spend worrying about efficiency would be better spent coding
In this case, the way he wrote it was not only inefficient in execution time, but also in writing time and ease of reading

Efficiency of execution should be a concern, but in most cases is not the most important.

It's been too long, the only thing I can remember is a less restrictive add-on system that made it easier to screw up installation (Amiga sound pack, anyone?)

My English isn't great. Most of the time I don't know what I'm saying, and if you think I have no part in this creation, who had the idea?
Having an idea didn't give you any ownership of a project
The add-on would be fully controlled by the person actually making it

this was tried before and since the camera doesn't really move with the player's head position when you look up or down, it wouldn't work well.
This also pairs terribly with helmets and visors

Too bad there is no competition here

In sports, you have one team versus another one team. Whichever team is better wins.
But here, you have thousands of teams. For every good team, there's a bad one. For every win, there's a loss. The wins/loss will balance out to 50/50 (That's a link, you should click it if you missed it last time)
With wins being equal, and thus points from wins being equal, the only source of points left for a difference is popularity.
Whichever team is more popular wins.
That's it.

I'm not upset at all about losing. I play all sorts of competetive games, losing is part of the game. You move on.
I'm disappointed because it's a bad setup for a system that had potential. Instead of winning by...winning, people can just choose the most popular team ("Are there more dog owners or cat owners in NA?" -> Choose Dog -> Win)
It's not a system I want to win either. I don't want to win by being more popular, I want to win by being the better player
