But this is what I said... Everyone has some risk at having a reaction to the vaccine.
You're only reading like half of what I'm saying

Every "risk" is either so minor it's worth making a fuss over, a result of a medical condition (which you have excluded by saying "Even normal people have a risk..."), or "so rare it is hard to tell if they are caused by the vaccine"

Sigh, I'm not going to debate about this... Even normal people have a slight risk... Though obviously people with medical conditions that compromise the immune system would be at higher risk.

http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/vac-gen/side-effects.htm

Most of these are extremely minor (swelling/soreness at injection site, mild fever, headache, nausea, etc)

All of these include allergic reactions, which is addressed by "rare medical conditions are exempt"

Most of the rest include phrases such as"It is not clear whether these mild or serious problems were caused by the vaccine or occurred after vaccination by chance.", "These are so rare it is hard to tell if they are caused by the vaccine.", or "Because these problems occur so rarely, we can’t be sure whether they are caused by the vaccine or not."
For those that don't use a phrase like that, the meaning is implicitly there because these type of things are heavily biased towards reporting higher risks; I've been told by someone in the pharmaceutical industry that clinical trials must report all deaths, even if the death is completely unrelated to the medication being tested

Though obviously people with medical conditions that compromise the immune system would be at higher risk.
Again, see "people with medical conditions are exempt from this law"

There is always a risk of harm but it's much lower than the risk of catching the disease you are being vaccined for.
The only risk of harm is in individuals with rare medical conditions that make vaccinations a risk.
People with these conditions are exempt from this requirement

I believe in freedom of choice.
But there is no choice to make because vaccinations do zero harm and not vaccinating causes harm at zero benefit to anyone

My mom isn't anti-vacc, but she is for the freedom to choose whether or not to inject your children with stuff.
you should be able to choose what you do and don't inject your child with.
But there's no need to make this choice because there's no legitimate reason not to get vaccines

Australia's nanny-state at work once again.
"nanny" laws are necessary in cases where people are hurting others because they don't know wtf they're doing

I don't really care, if your debate is found on the basis of disrespecting someones beliefs then you probably shouldn't of debated
But if someone's religion requires disrespecting the health of others, that's ok?
Either way, religious groups can claim exemptions from this requirement

BackTrace: ->servercmdRoll
oh you don't have %client in the arguments

function servercmdRoll(%client, %maxvalue)

The problem is at the very end of messageClient:
"!"*"

also, is there a better way to print the output
messageClient(%client,'','%1 has rolled %2 out of %3',%client.getPlayerName(),%output,%maxvalue);
