Its rare not to have things like +=, %, and ? : in a language.

The last is implemented in different ways in many languages
For example, both VB.NET and SQL have a function rather than an operator: if(expression,truepart,falsepart)

Eh... kind of invalidates it for me. I've gone over this before. It's mostly the effect of the artist just grabbing a male character, giving him tight underwear and drawing a massive bulge over it... doesn't feel like much went into making the image nice to look at. Outside of actually drawing the image. Pretty much every other image you've posted has some other quality that makes it attractive, yet this one, he's just... there. Showing off his concealed richard. Nothing special or at all appealing.
