I like just about everything but that kind of art style is my favorite :) Especially the first one
I don't like the second one
I can't tell what's going on in the left one's face (though that's mostly due to lack of color) and the claws look like they're just glued on cylinders, especially the right ones

The other ones are good though

thats not even $5k worth of gold as 18k solid...
I guess it's cool they made the new ceramic alloy for the gold but that's about it. And that's interesting on an R&D level not the product itself.
And then you realize that this means it has even less gold than standard 18k gold, because karat ratings are based on weight of gold, and ceramic is less dense than usual alloyed metals
This guy did the math and it turns out their "18k gold" has less than half the amount of gold as standard 18k gold

lol

one reason is that they're spreading their entire electric power into a massive field
reason two is that they usually end up being more destructive than intended
Anything big enough to do this is going to be way to big to bring with you
EX: A suitcase size model with an effective range of one whole meter

What would be even better is to get something that forgets with cell and wifi signals.
and then emergency services can't get reception

couldn't i just rip the head off of a bug zapper racket and replace it with coiled copper wire for EMP?
No
Bug zappers produce a series of small zaps
You need one large discharge

It would be enough to murder hard disk drives. Head over to your school's computer lab.
Or you could, you know
not be a richard

walk around school hallways next to people using their phones :)
Something that size would need to be within a few centimeters of the phone to work

It was obviously not built around being powerful.
And I'm not saying it's a bad thing. Not everyone needs something powerful
The only problem is, as you agreed, the price for what you're getting

Also the biggest problem i have with the usb port is that there's ONE of them, which has to be used for power AND data
Honestly how much more would it have taken to give two ports

3792
If you need a CD Drive so bad buy a USB-connected one for like $10-$20.
cool story. Now find me one that can plug into this new mac

I don't see whats so bad about having a small amount of components so you can include much higher battery capacity.
I'm not saying that. The problem is smaller size = less power. And for what you get,
the price is ridiculous

By installing things, he probably meant operating systems. You know, because that's usually done with a CD or USB stick. Both of those are now apparently obsolete according to apple.
Part of me wants to think that they did that to prevent people from using anything but Mac OS X on it.
No, I mean anything in general
You'd need to transfer the files (or rip an iso for software on a disk) on another computer and transfer it over the network
I don't think the average mac user knows how to do that

3794
While I agree this macbook is kinda stuff, my desktop doesn't even have an optical drive. I use cds and dvds so much less now that Steam, Google Play, and Amazon exist that an external one is fine for anything that needs to be installed.
I'm not saying the lack of an optical drive is a problem
But my point is that you can't use an external drive without any ports to plug it in to

3795
This is why I hate apple

"Features: No USB ports
no HDMI ports
Proprietary charging port
Decade-old processor
stuffty integrated graphics
$1000"
How long ago did they take out optical drives?
How are you supposed to install anything?
And this point it's just a tablet

Just because you don't like a company doesn't mean their products are stuff. if apples products were "utter stuff" they wouldn't be a multi BILLION dollar company would they?
It's not stuffty because he doesn't like it
It's stuffty because it has low specs at a high price
It's a multi billion dollar company because people some people know stuff about computers

LOL
Jesus forget

but you don't have to buy it. it is bullstuff, but the watch has 18 carat gold. gold isn't cheap, sonny. you are the prime example of pretentious
$17k is actually not a lot compared to what some companies charge for their top-of-the-line watches. And a HUGE portion of that $17k is because of the real gold that is on it.
Gold is currently (according to this site) $1163oz. I don't think a single watch has over a pound of gold in it

you really shouldn't need to charge your phone more than once a day (if you do you need to get a hobby or get some clinical help or something)
I guess software devs like me who make/use mobile apps at work need clinical help

1000-2500 USD?
Cheap?
pretty sure by 'cheap' he means 'low quality'/'cheap to produce compared to the sell point'
