Drama / Re: Thank you Tom Gunn for locking your furry thread
« on: August 15, 2012, 06:40:28 PM »
Wait so people whined about a furry thread now this gets made?
Lol
Lol
This section allows you to view all posts made by this member. Note that you can only see posts made in areas you currently have access to.
But you still seem to act identical to him, except towards the furries instead of the bronies.Maybe it's just me but he seems less hostile than he's been in previous threads
becauseI think you missed the point where the OP said he wasn't a furry
Tell me again why this thread was made?Because for some reason Tom Gunn thought it would turn out differently than any other furry thread in this forum has? Idk
You basically generalize other furries but outsiders can't generalize furries???Uh, that's not what I did?
You and I both know it wouldn't die out. It'd thrive, like MLP.So then don't click the thread?
So you're the guy who said we can't generalize anymore LOL.I'm not sure what point you're trying to make
Because you nerds take yourselves very seriously while posting on the internet about being a fox on the inside.I don't think I'm an animal at all (very few furries are that "IM A FOX TRAPPED IN A MAN'S BODY" bullstuff)
seeMost people don't even know what a furry is. A lot of the people who do don't care
even the internet rejects your fandom
actually it'd be nice if the topic got deleted and/or locked.Yeah idk why Tom thought it would turn out any differently from the other ones
the fact this thread was made depicts the average intelligence of the furry community on this forumThe person who made it isn't even a furry
Yeah, especially you.Except for the gay part
It's like you think this is some sort of civil rights movement.Lol? Except for like one post here and there this is the first furry-argument related thread I've particed in in a long time
LET FURRIES VOTE
FURRIES R PEOPLE TOO
I'd like to take this time to ask the taboo of all questions, why are the Blockland forums suddenly full of gay furries?Suddenly?
Did I miss something?
last ban wave from a furry megathread. The only one I remember was Badspot banning a bunch of furries being richards by subscribing someone who did nothing wrong to gay research. Or something like that. He didn't ban them only for being furries.
snipI'm not sure how to get to that tool but I'm sure you'd find similar results for mlp or anime.
research is much more relevant to the furry fandom than it is to bronies or rangerphiles.Maybe it is, but I don't know any reliable way to measure this (I don't consider google image search results a reliable measurement)
Oh, I get it. But not every furry likes research. Most do. I'd say upwards of 95 percent, even. (I pulled that number out of my...hat.)I don't know the exact number, but the point im trying to make has nothing to do with the number, its about furry being about more than just research, just like every other fandom that involved a large amount of research
Ok, well go ahead and feel free to catalog every single "furry" artwork ever created on the internet and sort them as "research" and "not research".If you were to go on a furry-specific art site such as FA, count how many images were uploaded under the "General Furry Art (Tame)" category within 24 hours, and compare it to the number of images were uploaded under "General Furry Art (Mature)" within the same time period, you would find a lot more under tame.
By the way, google images doesn't sort by "popularity". It sorts by relevance. But I believe popularity is one of the factors that google considers in determining relevance?
And many people who like furries like furry research, and they're both similar as you said.No because that's exactly what I said.
Oh wait, you're going to scream "FURSECUTION!" at me for saying that aren't you? lol
