In the alpha version of Blockland, there was a cloak function that worked rather well.

If you upload it to imageshack it will just be a static image (not change when your server status changes)

It is not possible to rotate players this way, you would have to mount them to an invisible vehicle that would still allow player animations.
Also, true gravity modifications aren't possible, things like the gravity jeep work by repeatedly using setVelocity, a very hacky method.
