Black Queen = The Glorious Monarch = Snowman (Felt number eight) (in the same way Spades Slick is Jack Noir)
But she is missing an arm, meaning...
The missing arm, sliced hat and scar on her eye are all from being prototyped with the harlequin doll which has the exact same injuries (also visible on Nannaquin)
I also just noticed that first there was only one white orb on her ring, and now both are white (another prototyping has taken place)
