Yes they are and they're not that good because they have medics and lurkers (and they're actually necessary) because the AI in SC2 is better and it generally fails at recreating the feel of the first starcraft.
Owning both is generally the best thing!

Starcraft is great but I can't play most of you because I'm on the european servers and you can't choose to go on the other servers like in warcraft 3 :c
I'd have to get another copy.
Also I suck lol.

German is just a bit similar to Dutch. Afrikaans however really is a rip off of Dutch. May be because of the fact Congo was a colony of Belgium at one point in history and had Belgians over there, I dunno.

It's actually the language they speak in South Africa which was colonized by the Dutch! (The Netherlands beat Belgium AGAIN!)
